Okay...so to get a layout, click on the link for it, click in the box, and select all of the text.

Go to "Look and Feel" in your options and change "Create a Custom Header" to "Input your own Header HTML."

Paste all the text, and voila!! You've got yourself a Bluepotatoes layout!
